Masterworks Residential, LLC is a residential drafting and design firm serving home builders, developers, and home owners. Primarily working with production home builders and custom builders all over the state of Texas, we also welcome opportunities to help anyone in need of residential drafting services.
Working with AutoCAD and Revit, Masterworks is a “one-stop shop” for plan design, construction drawings, and marketing materials. We have a team of professional in-house designers and drafters. When needed, we utilize a deep list of contacts to outsource services on projects with special needs or tight timelines.

JOEY ECKOLS
CEO & Founder
With a legacy dating back to 1998, Joey Eckols embarked on his journey in providing top-notch residential design and construction services. In 2011, he founded Masterworks Residential, LLC, marking the inception of a renowned venture.
While Joey’s passion initially lay in residential projects, he has since delved into the realm of commercial interior build-outs, expanding his horizons.
Having constructed three homes for himself and undertaken countless residential remodeling projects – from modest bath renovations to extensive whole-home transformations – Joey brings a wealth of hands-on experience to the table.
His intimate knowledge of the construction industry, coupled with the expertise of our seasoned draftsmen, ensures the seamless production of accurate and efficient construction documents each day.
